Home Zone is an iPad App for all things open houses, exclusively available for sales associates of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors. -The login is your company username and password. This allows you to automatically pull all your active listings into Home Zone without any manual entry -If you are attending another agent's open house, you can use the add listing feature to easily add any active listing of our agents -Schedule and manage your open houses on all your active listings and automatically syndicate them through the company -Collect open house visitor information at consumer and broker opens -All your clients and their answers to the questions are automatically pushed to your Agent Resource Center (ARC) CRM account and are also available under leads in Home Zone -A thank you email is generated to all open house visitors when you end the open house with the ability for the agent to customize it before it is sent -There are eight default questions that all open house visitors are presented. You can add custom questions if needed in addition to the eight that are already there
